Talent Guardian is partnering with, an established Property Lender, based in Maidstone, in their search for a Compliance Analyst. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong analytical and communication skills to join the Compliance team reporting into the Senior Compliance Manager.
 
The Compliance Analyst will assist the Internal Review Manager in the monthly checking program, including end-to-end journey reviews, call monitoring, and document reviews. This role ensures compliance with policies, lending criteria, and regulatory standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting regular monthly monitoring of case activity according to the Compliance framework process:
  • End-to-end journey checks
  • Internal review of completed cases.
  • Call monitoring.
  • Webchat records monitoring
  • Documenting and reporting monitoring outcomes.
  • Assigning remedial actions to team leaders
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, lending criteria, and procedures
  • Prioritising workload against service deadlines
  • Managing meeting diary schedule
  • Considering risk and data protection issues in daily activities
 
Key Skills/Competencies:
  • Experience in financial services, preferably in mortgages
  • Essential experience in compliance monitoring/QC
  • Understanding of FCA regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
