Compliance Advisor - Middleton ( Manchester ) £26,000 - £27,500 + Generous Quartely Bonus

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals to join our team.

Key skills needed

  • Helping with day-to-day system generated checks, indicating possible risk or fraud.
  • Decision making in respect of Customer contracts.
  • Ensuring appropriate communications and sent to Retail Teams and Customer.
  • Helping Retail and Admin teams with purchase documentation, compliance process queries & resolve payments on hold
  • Liaising with Retail Management and HR teams regarding suspect staff misconduct matters. Investigating post-auction grievance claims for potential civil claims
  • Responding to GDPR incidents and Subject Access Requests
  • Weekend work will be required. Other team members work every 3rd weekend averaging 3 days per month (there is plenty of flexibility to this and weekends can be swapped in the year)
  • In terms of working days/hours, it’s usual 37.5 hours per week. Work hours are typically between 8 and 5, the team needs at least one member of staff working until 1800 each weekday (1700 weekends) which is rotated between the team.

This role would suit a school leaver with good A levels or recent graduate, excellent attention to detail and good at communicating with other teams in person, by phone and email.
