Salary £14,108.00

Temporary 12 Months Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)

Part Time 18.5 hours per week (Wednesday - Friday, Flexibility Negotiable)

Thrive Homes is looking for an Administrator to join their team to support in maintaining records and keeping them up to date in our asset management software system with regards to building safety, health & safety and compliance.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Use customer feedback to be proactive in evaluating, recording, and making changes to prevent complaints in the future in conjunction with the Customer team.
  • Where necessary support the planning function to allow for an efficient service delivery to meet agreed targets and supporting overall contact centre activity for compliance including fire risk assessment actions.
  • Liaise with customers to make mutually agreeable appointments ensuring good records are kept on relevant systems.
  • Carry out all administrative functions to ensure Thrive meet their statutory, regulatory, and best practice obligations in terms of colleague & customer safety, ensuring comprehensive records are kept at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a similar administrative role.
  • Demonstrable organisational and administration skills to ensure Thrive is compliant with legislation regulation and best practice.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good communications skills
