As a Competitive Intelligence Analyst, your role involves driving a thorough understanding of the market and competitive landscape. This is achieved through the collection, analysis, and presentation of information regarding competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences. Your insights will play a crucial role in aiding MHR in making well-informed business decisions regarding our products, services, and their delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay informed about competitor activities and evolving market trends.

  2. Proactively gather and analyse data related to customers, competitors, and market trends, identifying potential business opportunities.

  3. Establish and maintain a comprehensive library of competitor information and market trends.

  4. Take the lead in monitoring industry news, press releases, and other pertinent sources to pinpoint significant developments and trends.

  5. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings to the Marketing and Sales teams, as well as the broader business.

  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Sales, and other go-to-market teams, to provide valuable insights and support business decision-making processes.

  7. Stay current on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the field of competitive intelligence.

  8. Develop an in-depth understanding of MHR's products and services, emphasising their differentiation in the market.

  9. Work closely with sales enablement to empower the sales and customer success teams with training, battle cards, objection handling, and customer-facing content.
