Community Occupational Therapist – East London – Band 5

Community Occupational Therapist: Hunter AHP have a great opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to get a 3-month+ locum contract in a great working environment. You will be part of The Extended Primary Care Team which enables the provision of multi-disciplinary care and support to vulnerable adults, with the most complex medical and social needs, in a range of community settings that are referred primarily due to a physical disability. The aim of the Extended Primary Care Team is to reduce unplanned hospital admissions by supporting clients in their own homes and to facilitate rehabilitation following discharge from hospital. This role pays £21-22 per hour depending on experience.
