A leading and fast growing Build-to-Rent operator is seeking a Community Host to be based on a high end BTR development in Cardiff. The salary for this role is up to £29,000 per annum.

The role:
The Community Host is responsible for liaising with residents, providing excellent customer service at all times. The Community Host will also be responsible for carrying out Front of House duties, managing complaints, assisting with leasing and renewals and the organisation of site events.

Responsibilities of the Community Host include:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to every person, creating an unmatched first impression.
  • Manage resident complaints, ensuring all complaints are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
  • Log communication with residents.
  • Conduct routine inspections of community amenities and common areas.
  • Support with leasing and renewals.
  • Assist with community activities and events.
  • Follow health & safety procedures.
  • Day to day front of house type services such as handling parcels.

The person:

  • Highly organised and able to multitask.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proven experience in property, resident services, guest relations, hospitality or sales.
  • Ability to build long lasting relationships.
