Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) seeking an exciting new challenge? We're currently seeking an experienced RMN with a background in community care to join our team.

Here's what you need to know:

• Job Role: CPN – Non caseload available
• Band: 6
• Location: South London
• Duration: Ongoing, with a minimum of 3 months
• Schedule: Day / Night (Long Days)
• Start Date: Immediate
• Rate of Pay: £26 per hour

Day in the Life of an RMN: As a community-focused mental health nurse, your role will be pivotal in providing compassionate care to patients:

• Conducting regular visits to patients in the community to ensure their needs are met
• Administering medications at scheduled times to address patient needs
• Engaging with patients to understand their conditions and provide effective support
• Conducting risk assessments to maintain patient safety

Requirements:

• Active registration with the NMC as an RMN
• Demonstrated experience in community care
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive under pressure
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Dedication to delivering high-quality patient care
