  • Job Role: CPN - Adults CMHT
  • Band: 6
  • Location: Lincolnshire (Grimsby)
  • Duration: Initially 3 months, with potential for ongoing engagement.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday / 09:00 – 17:00  
  • Start Date: ASAP.
  • Pay Rate: £30 - £34 per hour.

Walk a day in the shoes of an RMN: As a dedicated mental health nurse specialising in community care, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate support to our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Community Visits: Embark on meaningful visits to ensure our patients' needs are met within their familiar surroundings.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications promptly and with precision to address our patients' specific needs.
  • Empathetic Engagement: Forge genuine connections with patients, understanding their conditions deeply to provide tailored support and track their progress.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and those around them.

  • Active NMC Registration: You're a certified mental health nursing professional.
  • Community Experience: Showcase your expertise in community care.
