Flexible Workspace. Coworking. Serviced Office.

Location: Dublin

Salary: €32,000

Working Hours: Monday-Friday from 08:30-17:30, including an hour lunch break

12 month FTC: (Likely to become permanent)

You'll form an essential component of your hub's triumph and the overall enterprise, collaborating closely within a devoted team dedicated to nurturing a welcoming, all-encompassing, and courteous atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming all community members,
  • Facilitating new member onboarding
  • Managing various aspects of member experience seamlessly
  • Supporting meeting room bookings
  • Overseeing cafe operations
  • Conducting building audits
  • Maintaining supplies
  • Assisting in community development, and supporting ad hoc tasks as required.

Key Skills & Experience

They're seeking individuals with experience in:

  • Customer-facing roles within workspace or hospitality settings
  • A passion for hospitality and member-focused service
  • Barista training is advantageous
  • Natural curiosity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time management abilities, and a desire to learn about startup and scaleup culture are essential.
