We're seeking a talented individual to join this dynamic communications team as a Communications and PR Officer. Reporting directly to the Group Communications & Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding and enhancing brand identity while fostering relationships across all levels of the organization.

As a Communications and PR Officer, you'll be instrumental in crafting and executing effective communications and PR strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing compelling copy across various channels, nurturing relationships with local media, advising senior stakeholders, and administering the communication platforms.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Group Communications & Marketing Manager to devise comprehensive communication strategies that bolster brand reputation and stakeholder relationships.
  • Assess and refine external communication materials, such as press releases and social media content, to maximize audience engagement.
  • Monitor media coverage and evaluate the impact of publicity campaigns to inform future strategies.
  • Create engaging content for internal publications and employee awareness campaigns, supporting Group-wide initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines and brand standards.
  • Oversee the distribution of internal communications and develop effective channels for disseminating information to relevant employees.
  • Assist in organizing corporate and divisional events, fostering community engagement and brand visibility.
  • Conduct research to gather insights on media coverage and content reach, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and regulatory requirements.
