About the role

Join our Communications team based in Greenville, where you'll be responsible for coordinating our US marketing activities. Working in collaboration with our Communications Manager, you'll be creating high-quality content for both internal and external audiences, across print and digital platforms.

  • Create marketing content for our website, social media platforms, marketing materials, press campaigns and videos.
  • Coordinate the delivery of marketing materials inline with the US marketing strategy.
  • Write, proofread, and review content to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with our message.
  • Coordinate marketing communication activities including day-to-day project tasks, handling Purchase Orders, and collaborating with external suppliers such as printers or promotion vendors.
  • Lead our distributor marketing programme, ensuring materials are created, documented, and delivered within deadlines.
  • Assisting with budgeting and sourcing competitive quotes from suppliers.
  • Building monthly reports on marketing and communication metrics, and delivering this to the wider team.
  • Source, track, and analyze marketing media data following specific projects and campaigns.
  • Monitor trade press coverage related to access control, Paxton, our distributors, and our competitors.
  • Develop case studies for specific markets, showcasing high-profile and interesting sites.
  • Assist with the setup, facilitation and completion of internal and external marketing events
  • Be willing to travel outside of regular working hours to assist in organizing and participating in Paxton events, such as roadshows and award ceremonies. Alongside travel to the UK head office for training and collaboration with the global Paxton team.
