If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Part-Time Communications and Marketing Officer to join our client's dynamic team.

Temporary Contract until 8th July 2024. Start date ASAP.

Part time 3 days a week (2 days WFH). Based in Long Stratton

£15 per hour 

Key Responsibilities:

As a Communications and Marketing Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective communication of relevant corporate information to staff, tenants, and other key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clear and concise communication of corporate information to various audiences.
  • Updating brand guidelines and creating templates to support the consistent use of the corporate brand.
  • Writing engaging copy for various platforms, including the Saffron website, intranet, and tenant newsletter/e-news.
  • Identifying positive news story opportunities and leveraging them to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintaining and moderating information and user engagement channels, including the staff intranet, MS Teams, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Conducting research, planning, and implementing a range of events, including staff activities, staff conferences, and development launches.
  • Producing high-quality digital content, including videos (filming and editing) and creative materials such as posters and graphics.

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
