Comms and Marketing Officer required!

Opus People Solutions on behalf of West Midlands Employers are looking for an experienced Comms and Marketing Officer to join their team on a part time basis with the opportunity to work flexible hours and hybrid working too.

As a Comms and Marketing Officer you will provide Comms and Marketing support across the organisation to teams, specifically on projects and bespoke pieces of work.

Main duties include:

  • SupportforMicrosite development either for internal or client use (using WordPress or similar applications)
  • Effective use of Social Media to reach audiences for WME and WMJobs.
  • Using GoogleAnalytics to measure effectiveness and provide management information to support marketing activity and direct traffic to WME campaigns
  • Supporting the Senior Management in digital marketing, to promote activities and raise the profile of the organisation
  • Supporting the Communications Strategy
  • Creating marketing and communication materials for WME service portfolios, including writing newsletter articles, blogs, flyers, commissioning films and podcast and utilising social media
  • Support for Resource and Talent Acquisition including the WMJobs board, candidate attraction
