Reed accountancy have once again partnered up with fantastic business based in Liverpool who are looking for someone to join their accounts team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and thriving business in a niche role with plenty of progression routes. 

The right candidate ideally will have very strong stakeholder experience as this role relies on business partnering with other areas of the business. 

The Role:

  • Ensuring accurate delivery of the commission process maintaining financial controls
  • Understanding of existing processes and work effectively with members of the finance team
  • Deliver excellent customer service skills at all levels of the business both internally and externally
  • Form effective stakeholder relationships with internal sales and operations teams 
  • Work to tight deadlines to ensure all payments are made
  • Ensure that commission is paid in accordance with relevant agreements and schemes
  • Manage incoming workflow of invoices and and partner with the purchase ledger function to ensure timely processing of payments
  • To deal with any commission queries both internal and external

The Person

  • Strong effective stakeholder management
  • Intermediate excel skills including V-Lookups
  • Enthusiastic individual looking for a challenge
  • Someone who will challenge processes and implement change to process for efficiency
  • PQ looking to continue study
  • Self motivated
  • Process driven with a high attention to detail
