Commissioning Engineer

Your new company
You will be joining a main contractor working on water schemes in the West Midlands region. Their commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of work has positioned them as a leader within the water sector, and due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Commissioning Engineer to work on sites in the West Midlands region.

Your new role
As Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, producing test records and commissioning plan sequences, reviewing and signing off commissioning RAMs and documentation, chairing commissioning meetings with subcontractors and clients, coordinating commissioning activities as well as delivering on-site commissioning of mechanical and/or electrical systems.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have good process knowledge of water movement and treatment as well as a good hydraulic understanding of water distribution. In addition, you will hold both a CSCS and EUSR card as well as an SMSTS (ideal) qualification. Finally, you will be able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
