About Our Client: Our client is a leading automation company dedicated to delivering cutting-edge automation solutions. With a strong commitment to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a talented Commissioning Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Job Overview: As a Commissioning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and functionality of our automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in commissioning, with a focus on Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) technologies. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in electrical, pneumatic, or mechanical aspects of automation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to understand system requirements and design specifications.
- Conduct hands-on commissioning activities, including system integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Configure and program HMIs and PLCs to meet project specifications.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues during commissioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams as needed.
- Relevant vocation training or qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of four years of experience in commissioning, with a focus on HMI and PLC technologies.
- Proven expertise in electrical, pneumatic, or mechanical aspects of automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HMI and PLC platforms such as Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Festo, Codesys and Siemens.
- Knowledge of 6 Axis Robot Systems.
- Familiarity with Servos, VFD's, Remote I/O), Ethernet and Profibus.
