Are you an experienced Estate Agent looking for a new challenge? Our client is a market leading national agent specialising in the top end of the market and they are currently looking for a Commissioning Agent to join their team in Alderley Edge. This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum for full-time hours, with part-time hours also considered on a pro rata basis.

As a Commissioning Agent, you will play a key role in writing and producing high spec brochures and liaising with print suppliers, coordinating with photography and video companies for property listings, taking on new properties, registering applicants for valuations, AML data gathering and checks and ensuring compliance with Consumer Protection laws.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to liaise with vendors throughout the process of putting their house on the market. This role will also involve answering phone calls, assisting with admin tasks such as typing terms of business, and providing general support to the sales team.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience as an Estate Agent and possess strong communication and organisational skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, as well as a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
