Job Title - Commercial Insurance Account Executive

Location - Sheffield

Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm (35 hour week) Office based

Adecco Sheffield are delighted to be partnered with an award-winning independent insurance broker in recruiting for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join their fantastic team based in Sheffield.

This key new position will be to play a pivotal role in building on the branches success through identifying and developing new business opportunities, driving sales and maximising retentions and renewals.

We are looking for a motivated individual with proven commercial insurance experience in a similar role within a broking or underwriting environment.

Key duties will include:

• Deliver excellent customer service whilst meeting customer requirements efficiently and effectively for New Business.
• Generate new business sales through using various sales methods including attending networking events, market mapping of local area and proactive telephone and email interactions
• Understand the processes and procedures required to provide quotations and put forward suitable products to meet the client's needs.
• Ensure that all product information provided is clear, fair, and not misleading, allowing the customer to make an informed decision.
• Calculate New Business premiums in accordance with guidelines
• Dealing with queries by email, telephone and in person ensuring that all SLAs are adhered to
