I have a client with a fantastic reputation in the CRE world who is looking for an associate to add to their Asset Management team. Here, you will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Working as part of the primary servicing team on a portfolio of commercial real estate loans.
  • Collecting and analysing Borrower reports (Rent Rolls, Operating statements, Covenants, etc.).
  • Liaising with borrowers, guarantors, asset managers, property managers.
  • Representing clients and investors on a daily basis through the role as a facility agent or primary servicer.
  • Supporting and working with Legal and Senior Management on the closing of new deals.

The client mentioned offers a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 from home. The successful candidate will also be entitled to generous benefits and bonus.
