Commercial Property Team Member

Kingdom People Professional Services is a recruitment agency specialising in connecting top-tier professionals with prominent firms and organisations. We are currently looking for a talented and dynamic individual to join our client's Commercial Property Team.

All applications, from Paralegals, to Newly Qualified Solicitors, to experienced Solicitors/Legal Executives are welcome!

The successful applicant will have experience in a successful Property or Conveyancing teams, and able to provide comprehensive legal support and advice regarding all commercial property matters.

Your day-to-day tasks:

• Advising clients on all commercial property matters, such as transactions, sales, leases, and acquisitions
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and deeds
• Conducting due diligence and research on all property matters
• Collaborating well with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all legal and business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, or proven experience working within a successful Commercial Property team
• Strong knowledge of property law principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• For Solicitors: at least 1-3 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
