An established Cheshire practice is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive for their Nantwich office. The role can be full or part time and offers hybrid working options.

The ideal candidate will be NQ up to 2 years Post-Qualified. This role is due to a period of expansion within the department and is a chance to enhance an existing, high-quality workload.

The role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including the sales, purchases, lettings, and mortgages of agricultural and commercial properties, in addition to related property work. Experience in residential conveyancing will be considered a valuable asset, as the role occasionally requires handling residential matters.

The successful candidate will join a thriving Commercial Property Department, working alongside an experienced team who are well regarded in the local area. You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload within a supportive team environment, with access to guidance and supervision tailored to your needs.

You will have admin support within the team as well as career progression opportunities.
