Responsibilities: As a Commercial Property Solicitor, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Drafting/Negotiating Leases: Utilise your legal expertise to draft and negotiate leases that align with our clients' needs.
  • Acquisitions: Oversee the legal aspects of property acquisitions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Refinances: Handle legal matters related to property refinancing transactions.
  • Development: Play a crucial role in facilitating property development projects, navigating legal complexities.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor.
  • Ideally, possess experience in commercial property. However, candidates with residential property experience and some commercial knowledge are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 
Location: Brighton 
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: 9 am – 5 pm (Hybrid after 3 months)
