With a focus on high-quality work, this team handles a broad spectrum of Commercial Property matters, initial lease negotiations and purchase agreements to navigating planning permissions, developments, rent reviews, and property alterations

Responsibilities:

1. The ability to be a commercially minded individual with a wealth of experience.
2. The ability to communicate effectively, create long-lasting relationships and meet your challenges
3. Collaborate with a team of Senior Associates, NQs, and trainees in Essex.

You will need to a minimum of 1PQE as a qualified lawyer with experience in commercial property.
