This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE to join a successful firm in Sussex.

This firm is thriving, and the commercial property team is very busy. This practice offers hybrid working.

Your caseload will include dealing with freehold and leasehold titles, drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases and agreements for lease, acting for landlords and tenants and acquisition and disposal of commercial properties.
