Commercial Property Solicitor

A Commercial Property Solicitor role has arisen at a long standing and highly reputable Shropshire based firm – to be based at the Shrewsbury office. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers free car parking, hybrid working, progression to directorship. 

The team

The current Commercial Property Department is comprised of a legal director, two solicitors plus three support.

The role 

As a Commercial Property Solicitor within this team you will be responsible for your caseload comprising of buying and selling farms and estates, other agricultural property matters, leasehold and freehold acquisitions along with commercial property development work to name a few.

About you 

To be considered for this Commercial Property role you must have in excess of 3 years’ PQE along with the ability to run your own caseload with minimal supervision. Ideally you will be from the Shropshire area or relocating to Shropshire and a passion to get involved in networking events.
