This is a succession planning role to join an established team and develop your career within commercial property.

What will you do?
In this role you will advise on a broad commercial property case load to include:
- Buying & Selling Property - including Businesses, Agricultural Land and Equestrian Property
- Lease work - including Grant, Renewals, Assignment and Under letting
- Secured Lending & Loan Agreements
- Site Acquisition & Development (within the Industrial/Offices/Leisure/Retail sectors)
- Advising on licenses - including grazing & shooting licences
- Option Agreements, Overages & Pre-Emption Rights
- Adverse Possession
- Landlord Portfolio Management
- Any exposure to corporate or commercial law would be an advantage as this work is currently outsourced
What do you need?
- Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- Ideally you should have at least 2 years commercial property experience
- Local commercial property solicitors and legal executives already in Devon, and those looking to relocate are encouraged to apply
