Commercial Property Solicitor
Due to expansion, our reputable Bromsgrove-based client is seeking to appoint a commercial property solicitor around 5-6 years’ PQE to join in developing a commercial property offering within its Bromsgrove office. This is a full-time permanent role, with opportunity for one day home working.
You will join as the sole commercial property solicitor within this office, (though the firm does have a team spread across other offices), with the purpose of building, growing and developing the Bromsgrove offering. This will entail undertaking all commercial property work that comes into the department and harnessing and developing your own clients and contacts.
To be considered for this commercial property solicitor role you must be at least 5 years’ PQE with a confidence in your own ability, strong business development and networking skills along with being technically strong.
