The Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to join their highly-skilled, busy team. The successful Solicitor will be taking on a diverse and interesting caseload including renewable energy matters and large development projects. Experience in Commercial Property, particularly in landlord and tenant matters with the ability to carry out work to a high standard is essential. The firm pride themselves in building lasting relationships with clients and professionals alike, therefore a flair for business development and customer care is crucial. 
Responsibilities of this interesting position are to include: managing client matters; meeting agreed targets; negotiating and drafting of documentation and; developing business opportunities for the firm.

The Candidate

  • A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in the Commercial Property sector;
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as a key member of the team;
  • Excellent client care and communication skills, with proven ability of building lasting relationships;
  • Natural flair for business development and networking initiatives;
  • Show a desire for career progression and expanding existing knowledge.
