JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Exec
Location: Gloucester
Hours: 35 hours, Hybrid. Minimum 1 day in the office a week
Salary: Starting at £60K DOE

Multi Award winning, well established High Street law firm with a successful long standing history in the market. With a new office and more work coming in, this firm are expanding again! This firm is prides itself on staff retention, values and ethics. You are seen as an individual not a number in the business unlike much larger firms.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Exec 2PQE +
* Experience managing Commercial Property Files - Essential
* Experience with Sales & Purchase commercial property files
* Track record of billing.
* Strong negotiation skills
* Excellent client relations skills
* Able to work to tight deadlines
* Proficient with all Microsoft & Office programmes

DAY TO DAY
* The purpose of the role is to provide legal services to clients in relation to general commercial property matters.
* Advise and liaise with clients on commercial property matters
* Negotiations
* Business Development
* Be compliant with company standards.
* Leases / Commercial sales / Industrial Offices / Shops / Commercial Property Transactions
