Commercial Property Solicitor - PART TIME

Our client is a traditional private practice law firm working with clients in Banbury and locally in Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor or ILEX with commercial property experience to join the firm.

The work will include:

Buying and selling Commercial freehold property
Commercial leases
Option Agreements
Advising on your rights under your existing lease eg renewing, assigning, sub-letting and rent reviews

The role offers the right candidate flexibility and is part time.

You will be joining a team of 3 other fee earners plus full-time secretarial support.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years PQE.

Salary is up to £45000 – £55000 dependent on experience.
