Commercial Property Solicitor

Exciting opportunity has arisen for a 5+ years PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an established high street law firm in West Dorset in a beautiful location. The firm continues to go from strength to strength and are looking for a senior hire to work alongside the head of department. This is a critical hire.
 
You will handle an array of quality instructions whilst also being at the forefront of the development of the team and overall offering. The caseload comprises of a general Commercial Property caseload as well as some high net worth residential property matters. 
 
You will be very experienced in dealing with a variety of instructions from start to completion. The caseload is diverse and you'll be supported by the team. Marketing and business development is key in order to gain new business and grow the department.
 
Hybrid working from home is offered.
