Position: Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Nottingham
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

In this role, you will be instrumental in handling a diverse range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, agricultural transactions, commercial leases, property finance, and development projects. The firm prides itself on its collaborative environment, where solicitors are encouraged to take initiative and lead on complex transactions.

Ideal candidates will possess:

- A qualified solicitor status with 3+ years PQE in commercial property law
- A robust understanding of the commercial property market
- A proven track record in managing a varied caseload efficiently
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a flair for building and maintaining client relationships
- A detail-oriented approach with the ability to think strategically and provide pragmatic solutions
