AJ Chambers are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join a busy and thriving practice in the heart of London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully handling complex commercial property transactions and providing outstanding client service.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor in our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, development and investment deals, leasing, and property financing. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values teamwork and continuous learning.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on complex commercial property transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial property documentation
- Manage a high volume of transactions from instruction to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the team
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial property
- Excellent technical and drafting skills, with experience in a variety of commercial property transactions
- Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- A proactive and solution-focused approach, with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving outstanding results for clients
