About the Role: As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in their dynamic team. From drafting and negotiating leases to handling acquisitions, refinances, and development projects, you will engage in a diverse range of commercial property matters. While prior experience in commercial property is preferred, candidates with a background in residential property will also be considered, provided they possess relevant commercial exposure.

Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and negotiating leases
  • Handling acquisitions
  • Managing refinances
  • Overseeing development projects
  • Engaging in a variety of commercial property matters
PQE: NQ – 3yrs PQE ideally
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Brighton
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum
Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (35-hour week)
Additional information: Initially office-based for the first 3 months, transitioning to a hybrid model thereafter (3 days office / 2 days home)
