Commercial Property Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer

TSR Legal are delighted to be assisting a highly respected and reputable law firm based in Bristol, known for their commitment to excellence and client-focused approach. Currently, our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their esteemed Commercial Property team.

Role Overview: As a Commercial Property Solicitor/CILEx Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in our client's firm, leveraging your expertise to provide exceptional legal services to the clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Handling a diverse range of commercial property matters with precision and efficiency.
• Demonstrating detailed knowledge, specialisation, and extensive experience in commercial property law.
• Applying strong commercial acumen to deliver strategic advice and solutions to clients.
• Building and nurturing professional relationships with clients and colleagues through excellent networking and interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications and Skills: We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PQE in commercial property law.
• A deep understanding of commercial property law, coupled with wide-ranging experience in this field.
• Strong commercial acumen and a desire for career advancement.
• Exceptional networking and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to "hit the ground running" and welcome an established client base and portfolio of work.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service and going the extra mile for clients and colleagues.
• A positive attitude and a passion for collaborative teamwork.
