Title: Lender Finance / Bridging Solicitor

Salary: £50,000-£70,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Location: Thame, Oxfordshire (Hybrid)

The Role

The firm is seeking a Commercial Property / Secured Lending Solicitor for their Thame office.

The secured lending department deals with an exceptional quality of work acting for a wide range of lenders and other financial institutions.

You will deal with all aspects of Commercial Property, advising HNW investors and corporate clients in connection with commercial property investment, commercial acquisitions (including development) and sales and commercial lease work.

You will deal with individuals and corporations with large property portfolios.

Requirements

• You will a Secured Lending Solicitor with 2+ years PQE
• The Partner is currently very busy. On offer is a springboard for progression.
• You will deal with high-quality work, working alongside a highly regarded Partner.
• This team are taking now more market share making an exciting time to join
