Commercial Property Partner | Peterborough | £100,000 – £130,000

Due to continued success, this leading full service firm are keen to speak with an experienced Commercial Property Partner, to further expand their Peterborough Office.

Over the past few years, their growth strategy has come to fruition, where they have developed significantly, and now benefit from some of the best work available in the region.

This practice has momentum! Onboarding high profile Partners over the past few months, they are now seeking further individuals to expand the offering across their core practice areas, with full support from an L500 Ranked team.

They are currently sector agnostic; providing a varied service across:

  • Landlord & Tenant
  • Development
  • Asset Management

There is existing work within the practice, but the expectation to bring or develop your own clients initially (with Origination Bonus), there will be full support upon joining this practice, with further investment and commitment from the firm to develop this offering further.

Initial Salary Partner remuneration is dependent on transferable business/ relationships. Based upon the success of value contributed coming to fruition in Y1, base salary can be increased further Y2, with Origination Bonus remaining in place also.

Origination Bonus is % of fees generated over target, not just personal billings - but all work introduced to the practice/ serviced by other departments also. Well suited/ lucrative opportunity for an individual with their own clients, or a flair for business development.

This position is open to experienced individuals looking to take the next step in their career, or a lateral move with support and autonomy guaranteed. There is also an opportunity for a Team move, should you wish.
