JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Paralegal
LOCATION: Coventry
SALARY: c£23,000 + Benefits (DOE)

THE ROLE:
You will assist solicitors in all aspects of commercial property transactions. You will be expected to conduct legal research and draft legal documents related to property transactions. You will be liaising with clients, Solicitors and other professionals involved in property transactions, managing and maintaining case files and documentation as well as providing administrative support to the property law team as required.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Property Paralegal must be able to demonstrate proven experience working as a Paralegal in commercial property law. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
