As a vital member of the legal team, you will play a key role in supporting the lawyers in delivering exceptional legal services to clients, specifically focusing on general commercial property matters. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the sale and purchase of commercial properties, taking and granting leases, lease renewals, and contributing to the coordination of the team's activities to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with lawyers to provide support in general commercial property matters.
• Assist in the sale and purchase of commercial properties.
• Facilitate the taking and granting of leases.
• Contribute to the process of lease renewals.
• Support the coordination of the team's activities to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A relevant legal qualification or ongoing legal studies.
• Previous experience in a paralegal role, preferably in commercial property.
• Knowledge of general commercial property matters.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
