About The Role
As a Commercial Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing property management and support services to landlords and tenants. You’ll be the first point of contact for the company’s top clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting property inspections.
- Handling lease data maintenance.
- Overseeing rent demands & chasing.
- Client reporting.
- Managing compliance with RICS codes.
- Service charge management.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Residential/Commercial Property Management.
- Commercially astute with an understanding of business targets.
- Good knowledge of the 1954 Landlord and Tenant Act.
- Commitment to excellent client and customer care.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proactive and business-minded approach.
- Effective communication skills & proficiency with Microsoft packages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours Of Work
- Full-Time: Monday - Friday.
- 9am - 5.30pm.
