An excellent opportunity to join one of the UK’s most prestigious High End property companies as a Commercial Property Manager, looking after circa 15 commercial assets in  Oxford.
My clients have a reputation as one of the UK’s most successful property businesses and are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager who wants to be a part of their award winning team.

Commercial Property Manager - Duties

• To provide effective and efficient Property Management for a portfolio of around 15 commercial sites across Oxford.
• To resolve day-to-day property management issues professionally and efficiently.
• Service Charge management including annual budgeting and reconciliations.
• Where appropriate consider and provide advice to protect and/or enhance the client's asset value.
• To liaise with clients, contractors and tenants on a regular basis and to work closely with Property Management Accounts in ensuring excellent service is provided to all clients.
• Monitor and manage key lease events, ensuring the accuracy of property management databases.
• To facilitate client meetings as required and ensure client requirements are acted upon and their expectations fulfilled.
• To manage relationships with clients and others in the local and regional property market.
• To continually strive to improve working practices and client service delivery for the whole team.

Commercial Property Manager - Experience needed

• MRICS Qualified
• Practical understanding of commercial property management.
• Proven track record of managing service charges.
• Computer Literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office and Property Management databases.
• Full UK Driving Licence
