Our client, based in central Gravesend, are a well establised and reputable company who work within the property sector. They have a current requirement for a Commercial Property Manager/Surveyor/Asset Manager.

Job Description:

Managing a portfolio of commercial properties for a range of clients. Maintaining and developing client contact, dealing with all aspects of the day-to-day management of the properties, including overseeing rent collection, accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repairs, service charges and landlord and tenant matters etc. Managing a portfolio of commercial properties for a range of clients. Required Skills:

  • MRICS qualification desirable although not essential.
  • This position can be open to Residential managers if you have a split portfolio with Commercial and Residential but it would need to be managing a number of Commercial units probably a 50/50 split.
  • Can demonstrate a good working knowledge of Commercial legislation.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a commercial property manager
  • High level of concentration, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self motivated with a methodical and organised approach
  • Must drive and have own transport and have business insurance

Hours: 9 - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
