COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER - CAMBRIDGE

OFFICE BASED - HYBRID AFTER INTIAL PROBATIONARY PERIOD - SALARY DOE £28,000 £40,000
Our client is expanding their commercial property team is seeking a paralegal or newly-qualified lawyer. The successful candidate will be joining a busy, hardworking team and expected to deliver exceptional client service. 

The commercial property team has enjoyed significant success in the area of property development and is continuing to grow.

This role will involve a significant amount of time assisting in residential ‘plot’ sales, where we act on the part of property developers selling their newly-built properties. In addition, you will be involved in working within the team supporting the set-up and acquisition of development properties. 

The role will also involve general commercial property work including commercial property leases and buying and selling commercial properties. 

This is a full-time position

THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for this role you must: Be an experienced paralegal or qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE; Be personable, organised and driven
Be able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision; Have excellent technical skills; Have excellent client care and communication skills.
