• Applicants should have at least a 2 years’ experience handling all types of commercial property

• Handling a full and varied caseload of commercial property matters, the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be ambitious and driven with the ability to deal with a full and varied caseload of commercial property transactions including landlord and tenant matters, site acquisition and disposal, land development, sales and purchases of premises, leases and some commercial matters including partnership matters, sale and purchase of business assets and share sales.
