Commercial Property Lawyer

The firm are currently seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Property Lawyer to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide timely and accurate advice to clients.
• Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial property agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external parties to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on matters such as property investment, asset management, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property law, with a proven track record of success in handling complex transactions and providing strategic advice to clients
• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial property law.
• Experience from a reputable City/West End based firm or a regional firm with an excellent reputation;
• Experience of dealing with the following: sale and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, property finance as well as provide property support on corporate transactions;
• Excellent client service levels and an understanding of the range and type of clients we act for and their needs is essential;
