We are currently in search of an dedicated and enthusiastic Associate to join this esteemed Real Estate team based in London.

They are a forward-thinking Top 100 law firm dedicated to unlocking potential and making a positive impact on clients, colleagues, and communities.

With over 570 employees and 36 specialized areas, they operate across three core divisions, with offices spanning the South West, Thames Valley, and London.

About the Team

  • The Real Estate division collaborates closely with an array of clientele, including commercial and residential property developers, landowners, landlords, investors, financial institutions, and commercial tenants.
  • Leveraging their extensive professional network, which includes accountants, surveyors, and planning consultants, the team ensure that clients receive comprehensive and integrated solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage a portfolio of cases and transactions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Expand both internal and external networks by engaging with clients, intermediaries, and industry contacts.
  • Enhance personal and departmental visibility through participation in networking events, publications, and speaking engagements.
  • Take ownership of delegated project aspects, meeting deadlines with precision.
  • Foster open communication channels with senior colleagues and junior staff.
  • Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), consistently meeting targets.
  • Assist in the management of client matter budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
  • Adhere to established business processes and optimize resource utilization.

Skills, Experience, and Attributes:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Proven track record in handling commercial property matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage caseloads.
  • Exceptional client management skills, focused on delivering outstanding service.
  • Capacity to mentor and guide junior legal professionals.
  • A commitment to the firm's ethos and values.
