Commercial Property Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor

My client is looking for a senior level hire due to an upcoming retirement, in this succession planning role within their Commercial Property team.  You will be a Senior Solicitor (5+ years PQE) who is looking to take that step up in your career, with the chance to work towards Partnership.  

Associate or Senior Associate level will be considered.

This established Legal 500 law firm based in its Poole office, is looking for Commercial Property Solicitor to join its successful and growing commercial property team. You'll be handling a broad range of HNW commercial property work for a variety of clients, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals and development agreements.  

Hybrid working is on offer to all staff. 

Your role as a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor will involve: 

  • Managing and supervising a team
  • Genuine career progression from the outset to work towards partnership
  • Be active in business development and networking to build up a caseload
