This is a law firm that prides themselves on delivering legal excellence while offering a highly personalised service tailored to the needs of both local individuals and businesses.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-3 years in commercial or commercial property matters
  • Skills: Proficiency in drafting legal documents and adeptness in client interaction
Responsibilities: As a pivotal part of this team, your role will involve supporting fee-earning paralegals. Your focus will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including:
  • Facilitating the buying and selling of investment properties
  • Managing residential and commercial development processes
  • Handling commercial leases and landlord-tenant matters
  • Working on agricultural property transactions
Location: Eastbourne
Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
