Our client, a well-respected independent Property Agency, is seeking a Commercial Negotiator to join their close-knit team in Colchester.

In return, our client is offering the successful Commercial Negotiator:

  • Basic salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)

As a Commercial Negotiator, your duties will include:

  • Successfully negotiate offers
  • Listing commercial properties
  • Arranging and conducting viewings
  • Registering customers
  • Facilitating negotiations on contractual agreements and leases

To be considered for the role of Commercial Negotiator you must have the following:

  • Previous experience selling commercial properties
  • Ability to work alone, as well as, part of a wider team
  • Ambitious, highly driven and motivated
  • Organised
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Clean driving licence
  • Good communication skills; both written and verbal
