Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quantity surveying efforts for residential development projects, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
• Manage contractual relationships and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with project teams to manage budgets, contracts, and procurement processes effectively.

Requirements:

• Able to work on own initiative, with the drive to take ownership of projects
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• comprehensive understanding of construction processes, contracts, and financial management principles.
